Thank you for choosing Fittio (“Application”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use Fittio on iOS and Android, including when you make purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play, managed by RevenueCat.
1. Information We Collect
Account Data. Email address and password (hashed and salted) collected when you create an account.
Workout Data. Exercise templates and logs you actively enter (sets, reps, custom fields, dates, exercise names, template names).
Purchase Data. Transaction/receipt identifiers and anonymous app‑user ID routed through RevenueCat and provided by Apple or Google so we can unlock premium content. We never receive full payment‑card details.
Diagnostic & Usage. Basic, non‑personal analytics (crash reports, feature usage counts) to improve app stability—never GPS or contact data.
2. How We Use Your Information
Create and secure your account.
Sync and back up your workouts to our Supabase cloud database so they’re available across devices.
Validate and manage paid subscriptions via RevenueCat.
Monitor aggregate performance and fix bugs.
3. Storage & Security
All data is stored in Supabase (ISO‑27001–certified) and RevenueCat (SOC 2 Type II–certified). Passwords are stored with industry‑standard cryptographic hashing. All network traffic is encrypted with TLS.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information is shared only with:
Supabase Inc. – database and authentication services.
RevenueCat Inc. – subscription management; receives your anonymous app‑user ID, e‑mail (if signed in), and purchase receipts.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC – to validate in‑app purchase receipts.
Government authorities or courts when legally compelled.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your workout and account data are retained while your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing sentriantech@gmail.com; deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days.
6. Children’s Privacy
Fittio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us for immediate removal.
7. Permissions Used by the App
Internet access – to sync data and verify purchases.
Push notifications (optional) – to remind you of scheduled workouts.
No camera, location, or contact permissions are requested.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practice or legal requirements. We’ll post the revised policy in‑app and update the “Effective Date.” Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
